ANNOUNCEMENT: APPLICATIONS FOR THE OUR LADY OF LA VANG SCHOLARSHIP

I. The Application Consists Of:

1. An application letter for the Our Lady of La Vang Scholarship (handwritten or typed).

2. Your transcript for the 2020-2021 school year (if available), or your transcript for semester I of the 2020-2021 school year, stamped by the school (or the faculty/institute).

3. Certificates of merit and any records of achievement to date (if any).

4. A piece of writing about your dream and your plans for the future.

5. A piece of writing describing your family circumstances.

6. One photograph clearly showing your face, and a few personal photographs relating to your daily life and activities.

II. Conditions

1. Family circumstances of particular hardship.

2. Academic performance: a semester grade average of good (khá) or above.
